No. Bring us a product idea, reference image, sample, supplier quotation or an existing problem. We can help turn what you already have into a clear sourcing brief and next step.

Yes. A supplier does not need replacing simply because managing them has become difficult. We can take over communication, production follow-up and quality coordination while keeping the existing relationship in place.

Yes. A project can begin with one box, pouch, accessory or component. It does not need to involve the whole product from day one.

Yes. We do not simply collect samples. We use them to confirm materials, specifications, cost and production feasibility before moving towards production.

Yes. Depending on the product and order, we can either work with the factory to complete and document the required quality checks, or arrange an on-site inspection by our China-based team. On-site inspections are quoted separately.

Yes. We are set up to manage the China side beyond the first order, including repeat production, supplier communication and reordering. If you only need support for the first order, that can also be discussed.

Most sourcing projects are priced through the product quotation, with our margin already included in the price we give you. For service-led work, such as managing an existing supplier relationship, resolving a sourcing problem or supporting a standalone China-side task, we quote a separate service fee before work begins.
